How is this different from just buying your templates on Etsy or Gumroad?

The templates are pre-built documents you download and customize yourself. You do the implementation work — and for most businesses that's the right starting point. The done-for-you service is for businesses that want everything built and handed off, with their actual processes documented (not generic SOPs), their workload system configured in their tools, and their team trained. Different scope, different buyer.

Do you work with businesses outside of the trades?

Yes — the done-for-you service works for any service business with a team: cleaning companies, pest control, agencies, professional services, and more. Our template products are currently trades-focused, but the custom build service has no industry restriction.

What does the $2,500 starting price include, and what would cost more?

The $2,500 base covers a business with a straightforward operation — one or two core workflows, a team under 10, and a workload system that doesn't require extensive configuration. Larger teams, more complex multi-workflow operations, or businesses that need additional documentation beyond the standard scope will be quoted higher. We always scope before pricing — you'll know the number before committing.

What do I need to have ready before we start?

Nothing formal. We ask you to be available for a discovery call and a mid-point review, and to bring real knowledge of how your business currently operates — even if it's informal and undocumented. That's exactly what we're building from. You don't need to have anything written down ahead of time.

Will you do ongoing support after the 30-day window?

The 30-day window covers getting the system running smoothly in real operation. After that, most businesses run it independently. If you need additional help — adding new workflows, updating SOPs as the business evolves — reach out and we'll scope it as a separate engagement. We're not going anywhere.
